28 Pin Edge Connector made of strong fiberglass reinforced polyester - a strong and durable material that will not flex or bend. An edge connector is the portion of a printed circuit board (PCB) consisting of traces leading to the edge of the board that are intended to plug into a matching socket.

28 pins per side, 56 pins in total. It is very easy to replace old and worn connectors - just solder the wires straight on the new edge connector.
